Cancellation & Refund Policy
Log9 Mobility Private Limited (“Company”) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations/termination will be considered only if the request is made as per the service agreement signed between the Company and the customer, relating to the use of the Services (“Service Agreement”).
- The customer should have inspected the product as being in good condition. During the entire tenure, should any issues or defects be identified, the customer shall report such findings to the Company within 48 hours of occurrence of such issue, enabling the Company to arrange for the repair/replacement of the product, if necessary.
- The product /services provided to the customers are provided in “as is” condition, and the Company does not make any representation, warranty or covenant, expressed or implied with respect to the condition, quality, purpose, fitness, durability, capability or suitability of the product /services, against any patent or latent defects therein.
- The customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company does not provide any credit with respect to spare parts and repair services. The Customer is required to avail the aforesaid parts and services, against immediate payment, by opting any of the methods provided in the agreement between the Company and the customer.
- The Company shall not be liable for any malfunctions, defects, or performance issues of the product arising from customer’s failure to ensure that the product receives scheduled maintenance services as required. If the customer neglects or skips any scheduled maintenance, any resulting damages, repairs, or operational failures shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, and the Company shall bear no liability for any related losses, costs, or consequences.
- Termination: The Services and the Service Agreement can be terminated in accordance with the terms contained under the Service Agreement, subject to lock-in period, as stipulated thereunder. Consequences of termination (including payment of the service fee and other costs, charges, penalty etc. accrued till the termination and thereafter) shall be as per the terms contained under the Service Agreement.
- The Service Agreement contains detailed provisions regarding applicable warranty on the services, the service level assurances and exclusions to the warranty and service level
- Refund Timeline: Refund processing will follow the timelines and conditions outlined in the Service Agreement.
